We had an amazing experience at Villa Serenity and would absolutely recommend it. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, and well maintained. The décor has a regal Caribbean feel that gives you the experience of elegant Jamaican home living while still being very comfortable and welcoming. The host was incredibly involved, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay, including being available on-site when needed. The level of service exceeded our expectations. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely made us feel welcome. And the food was amazing! Every meal prepared for us was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. We looked forward to the meals just as much as everything else about the stay. Between the beautiful home, cleanliness, wonderful food, attentive host, and exceptional service, Villa Serenity exceeded our expectations and made our time in Jamaica even more special. We would definitely stay again!

Staying at this villa in Jamaica was truly a home away from home. My family and I had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of—absolutely no complaints! Having a dedicated driver was a huge plus; not only did we have easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, but we always felt safe and well looked after. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our group of 10. To top it off, we even enjoyed on-site massage services at a very reasonable price—an hour of pure relaxation that everyone loved. If you’re looking for the perfect balance of comfort, excellent service, and unforgettable fun, I can’t recommend this villa highly enough. It’s the ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure in Jamaica!

Our family stayed at Villa Serenity, an all-inclusive villa in Jamaica located right in Ocho Rios, and it was the best vacation we’ve ever had. The villa overlooks the Caribbean Sea and is only a short drive to Dunn’s River Falls and Blue Hole. The chef prepared amazing Jamaican meals every day, and the butler made sure everything ran smoothly. We enjoyed the private pool and easy access to the beach, all within a secure gated community. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive villa in Ocho Rios, this is the place to book!

5 Stars all the way across on this incredible escape from the stresses of life! ROOMS/GROUNDS: The interior of the villa is very spacious, probably over 4000 square feet. The bedrooms were large, with plenty of space to unpack and not live out of suitcases. Bathrooms were spacious and clean with plenty of hot water. The dining room table was enormous! A mango tree greeted us in the front yard, as did hummingbirds and all kinds of amazing chirps and tweets throughout the day. The backyard patio was covered with a huge gazeblo and situated above a clean swimming pool. SERVICE: We were made to feel so welcome by the women and man who staffed Jamaica Ocean View Villa. Most of us were not accustomed to being waited on, but they encouraged us to let us know what we needed to make our stay as special as possible. The chef was a true foodie artist, and each of us was incredibly lucky that he had amazing skills in the kitchen! He went with us to the market to help select the ingredients for gourmet meals. LOCATION: If you love sunrises from the shores of the Caribbean, then you are at the right spot! The walk to the beach took just a few minutes. A market is in close proximity, as is Dunn’s River Falls. It is a scenic drive from both Kingston and Montego Bay. OVERALL: I decompressed from the worries and stresses of life as soon as I arrived in Jamaica. It took at least two weeks to recompress from my trip, and a major part of that was my fantastic experience at the Jamaica Ocean View Villa. I have recommended it to friends and family and would 100% go there again!

This is an amazing palace of a place located a hop skip and a jump from the beach and along side a fresh water river that empties into the ocean. Long riverboats tread across the serene water Even the wildlife is relaxed. You can find yourself spending a whole day at the villa and not get bored. The staff treat you like family and the chef is an expert, just make sure to bring all the things you need and hell make it happen. The rooms are spacious and good views throughout the place and there's a pool! Our driver, Richie is THE BEST! Kept us safe and showed us some lovely scenic routes and places to go. Took us allover and where we wanted to go. 10/10 cant wait to come back again

My family and I spent five days here in absolute luxury. Ms. Blossom, Ms. Debbie, and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic and they made us feel perfectly at home. The food was amazing! The rooms were spacious and stocked. The views were gorgeous, and the villa is just around the corner from the beach. It's also a short drive from many local attractions. We had an incredible time.

Villa Serenity was an experience for me and family. The house and grounds were beautiful. The staff was everything, all stars. Our driver Willie kept us safe, had great recommendations, easy to communicate with and stayed on point at all times. If I could pack all of them up and take them home with me they would be in Georgia now. I am counting the days until my next visit.

This house is a 10/10 all around. I was able to host a large group with meals planned out in advanced etc. Very clean and the staff are a 10/10 just alone. I will forever use this house for my retreats. <3

A true home from home experience. The staff and chef are amazing, friendly and extremely accommodating. We have been back 3 days and my daughters want to go back already!! We will definitely be booking again.
