We were four families with kids traveling to Jamaica for the first time. I was very impressed by Cavel’s quick responses, even before we arrived. She helped me plan local itineraries (e.g. Dunn’s falls, horseback riding), answered 10+ administrative questions (e.g. mode of transportation, age / height limit to various activities) and most importantly, helped me plan a surprise birthday party for my wife (with DJ, cake and flowers). When at property, the staff was very helpful. The chef accommodated our dietary needs really well (most of us were vegetarian). He went out of his way to view YouTube videos of special Indian recipes and prepared amazing Indian vegetarian dishes. Housekeepers tended to our smallest needs. For example, fresh Jamaican coffee was brewed for early risers in our group and again for the late risers. They were friendly, even joined us for a dance and taught us Jamaican dance during DJ powered birthday party. Kids had a blast at pool and nearby beach. Overall, Cavel and her staff are a great host
